Stronger Pathways Through Partnership.
Workforce development works when the whole community is involved. Skills Opportunity Foundation seeks partnerships with organizations across education, industry, workforce, and government.
Building the network
Partnership Is How Workforce Development Works
SOF is building relationships with employers, Registered Apprenticeship sponsors, workforce organizations, educational institutions, public agencies, nonprofits, and community partners as we prepare to launch and expand our programs.
Our goal is to build pathways that connect training directly to real opportunities.
Employers
Help define workforce needs, provide industry insight, offer work-based learning opportunities, and hire qualified participants.
Apprenticeship Sponsors
Help connect SOF pre-apprenticeship participants with Registered Apprenticeship opportunities and long-term career pathways.
Workforce Organizations
Collaborate on participant recruitment, supportive services, training resources, and employment pathways.
Educational Institutions
Support instruction, credentials, technical education, research, and continuing education opportunities.
Public Agencies
Partner on workforce initiatives, community assets, economic development, public properties, and funding opportunities.
Nonprofits & Community Organizations
Help address barriers to employment and connect participants with the resources needed to succeed.
