Real-world training
Skills are reinforced when participants have opportunities to apply them in real environments.
Where appropriate, SOF's training programs can incorporate hands-on projects that improve community properties, agricultural facilities, nonprofit campuses, and other workforce training environments. Through the Workforce Campus model, projects can become learning opportunities while participants build practical experience and communities gain meaningful improvements.
